My Transformation

Feeling exhausted, stuck, or like your body just won’t respond anymore? I’ve been there.
My transformation wasn’t about extremes—it was about consistency, intention, and learning to treat my body with care. I made small, doable changes that fit into my real life: I swapped processed foods for real nourishment, cut back on sugar, practiced intermittent fasting, added more vegetables, and found ways to move that felt good. I didn’t start with a gym—I started by dancing to YouTube videos in my living room.

These shifts weren’t always easy, but they were worth it. They helped me lose 100 pounds, restore my energy, and finally feel confident in my body again. If it feels impossible, I promise—it’s not.

My Body, My Story


I’ve struggled with my weight for most of my life. Even as an active, athletic child, I was called “chubby,” and the rollercoaster continued through my 20s and beyond. At 19, I lost 70 pounds, but the weight came back. I got married, battled infertility for ten years, and eventually learned I had PCOS. That diagnosis changed everything.

With my background in naturopathic medicine, I created my own healing plan focused on gut health, nourishment, and sustainable habits. I went on to have four children naturally, but after my last baby, life hit hard. I was going through a divorce, raising a newborn, and in the middle of pandemic lockdown. I felt embarrassed, exhausted, and deeply disconnected from myself.

Over the course of a year, I lost over 100 pounds without surgery or drugs. More importantly, I kept it off for more than 3 years

Now, I help other women do the same by guiding them back to themselves with a gentle, holistic approach rooted in real life.
